Built on 2.5 acres in an industrial zone, this 35,000 square foot live/work infill project includes six new buildings. The typical 20 x 40 loft units can be combined in multiples, and the developer has incorporated both extensive rainwater harvesting and one of the largest commercial arrays of photovoltaic panels in the state, generating 26.4kw.
